摘要
[目的]优化土壤中铅测定前处理方法。[方法]采用微波消解-湿法相结合的方法对土壤样品进行消解处理,结合原子吸收分光光度计测定土壤中铅含量。通过对已知含量的标准物质进行测定及回收率、精密度等来确定土壤样品前处理过程。[结果]样品回收率为83.4%~98.8%,精密度为0.356%,标样测定结果经t检验,与国标方法差异无统计学意义。[结论]该方法消解彻底、耗时短,测定结果能够满足试验要求,可用于测定土壤中的铅含量。
[Objective]The research aimed to optimize the pretreatment method for lead determination in soil.[Method]The soil samples were digested by microwave digestion-wet method.The lead content in soil was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The soil sample pretreatment process is determined by measuring the known content of the standard substance,recovery rate,precision,and the like.[Result]The sample recovery rate was 83.4%-98.8%,and the precision was 0.356%.The results of the standard samples were tested by t test,and there was no significant difference between the samples and the national standard method.[Conclusion]This method is complete and time-consuming,and the determination results can meet the test requirements and can be used to determine the lead content in soil.
