产业化联合体经营主体协调度及其对发展水平的影响分析——基于河北省的实证研究

Analysis on the Coordination Degree of Industrialization Consortium Management Subjects and Its Influence on Development Level——An Empirical Study Based on Hebei Province

以河北省102家省级示范联合体为基础,建立联合体龙头企业、农民合作社和家庭农场的耦合协调度模型和多元回归模型,分析产业化联合体经营主体协调度及其对发展水平的影响。结果表明:河北省联合体经营主体间耦合协调程度不均衡,邯郸市和邢台市为高度协调,张家口市和廊坊市为低度协调,其他地区处于中度协调水平。耦合协调度对联合体发展水平具有明显的正相关关系,其对发展水平的影响高于科研及推广投入和"三品一标"认证的种植面积。提高联合体经营主体耦合协调水平、提升农业生产结构,还需继续强化主体培育,在协作中强分工;灵活要素融通,在共享中得分红;创新项目建设,在稳定中获先机。

Based on 102 provincial demonstration complexes in Hebei Province,this paper established a coupling coordination degree model of leading enterprises,farmers’cooperatives and farms,and the multivariate regression model,analyzed the coordination degree of business entities in industrialization complexes and its impact on development level.The results showed that the unbalance coordination among the operators of the agricultural industrialization association in Hebei Province.Handan and Xingtai had higher coordination relationships,Zhangjiakou and Langfang were under lower coordination,while others were at the middle level of coordination.The coordination degree had a significant positive correlation to the development level of the association.The influence of coupling coordination degree on the development level was higher than that of science research and marketing input and the acreage of safety certification.It needs to improve the level of coupling coordination and enhance the structure of agricultural production;continue to strengthen the cultivation of the main body and strengthen the specialization of labor in cooperation;improve the flexibility of the link of elements and share the profits in each link of the industrial chain;develop innovative projects to gain market access based on stability.
