摘要
[目的]建立以生态效益、经济效益和社会效益为准则层的土地整治综合效益评价指标体系,为土地整治项目效益评价提供参考。[方法]以榆林毛乌素沙地为研究对象,选用模糊物元模型进行评价,相应选取15个评价指标,并采用组合赋权法进行评价指标权重的计算。[结果]研究区土地整治的经济效益较高,处于良好水平;社会效益和生态效益较低,处于中等水平,且生态效益评分最低。结合对土地整治项目区实施后实际情况的调查,该研究建立的评价指标体系能够较为系统地反映区域土地整治效益情况。[结论]模糊物元评价模型的评价结果较为客观,可为土地整治项目的综合效益评价提供参考。
[Objective]The evaluation system of the land reclamation’s comprehensive benefit is established,which considers the ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit as the criteria layer,to provide reference for the land reclamation’s comprehensive benefit.[Method]Maowusu desert was selected as the research object,and the fuzzy matter element model was selected to evaluate the land regulation’s comprehensive benefit,and fifteen indicators were selected.The combination of subjective and objective empowerment method was adopted to calculate the indexes’weight.[Result]The results showed that the economic benefit of the land regulation of the research region was higher than the other benefits,which is at a better level.The ecological and social benefit are lower and at a moderate level.And the sore of ecological benefit is the lowest.The established evaluation system can fully reflect the land reclamation’s comprehensive benefit.[Conclusion]The evaluation result of fuzzy matter element model is objective.It can provide reference for the evaluation of the land reclamation’s comprehensive benefit.
