基于微信公众平台的食品机械与设备课程辅助教学探索

Exploration on the Assisted Instruction of Food Machinery and Equipment Course Based on WeChat Public Platform

食品机械与设备是一门农林类高校食品专业的重要课程。随着移动互联网和自媒体技术的发展,传统的食品机械与设备课堂教学已难以满足学生日益增长的学习诉求。从食品机械与设备课程的特点和局限性出发,探讨了微信公众平台的特色及其对该课程在辅助教学方面的重要作用,并探索了其在食品机械与设备课程教学改革中的应用,以期为自媒体在工科课程教学改革方向的探索提供思路。

Food machinery and equipment is an important course in food science specialty in agriculture and forestry university.The traditional classroom teaching already could not satisfy the increasing learning demands of students as the development of mobile internet and self-media technology.In this paper,we discussed the feature of WeChat public platform and important assisted effect on curriculum instruction from the characteristics and limitation of food machinery and equipment course,and explored the application in the curricular reform of food machinery and equipment course,so as to provide ideas for the exploration of self-media on engineering course instruction reform.
