摘要
随着我国工程总承包模式的推广,业主与承包商之间关于设计审图等控制权的争夺屡见不鲜。其原因在于高信任度的工程总承包模式难以适用于我国低信任度的建筑环境。对设计—采购—施工总承包模式(EPC模式)中参建方互不信任的现实问题进行分析,明确在我国情境下,EPC模式项目应从合同条款入手,通过改进合作关系来改善管理绩效的治理路径,最终实现项目价值的增值。
With the promotion of the general contracting mode in China,the contention between the owner and the contractor about the control of design drawings and so on is common.The reason is that the high reliability of general contracting mode is difficult to apply to the low confidence building environment in China.This paper analyzes the real problems of the mutual distrust of the participants in the Engineering-Procurement-Construction(EPC mode)model.Then,clears that under the circumstances of China,the EPC mode project should start with the contract terms,and improve the management performance through improving the cooperative relationship,so as to realize the value added of the project.
