一种考虑制造单元性能的工艺参数优化设计方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对挤吹塑产品制造过程中工艺参数设计受产品质量要求及设备工作能力的双重影响的问题,提出了一种考虑制造单元性能的产品制造工艺参数优化方法。首先针对产品质量要求,建立产品质量评价指标与工艺参数的约束关系,通过实验数据进行分析并得到影响该关系的回归方程,求解满足质量目标的工艺参数集合;在满足质量优化目标的基础上,综合考虑制造单元性能目标,通过定义制造单元性能指数及建立各工艺参数、制造单元性能指数间的约束和优化函数,实现同时满足质量目标和制造单元性能的最佳工艺参数设计与优化。以挤吹塑制造过程工艺参数优化问题为例对提出方法进行有效性验证,结果表明:利用提出的质量评价指标、制造单元性能指数对实验数据进行分析,可以实现综合质量目标和制造单元性能的挤吹塑制造过程工艺参数优化,有效解决了工艺参数与制造单元性能稳定性不匹配的问题,从而保证了产品生产率和质量稳定性。 An optimization design strategy for process parameters considering the manufacturing cell performance is proposed to solve the problem that the process parameter design of extruded-blown-molded product is affected by the product quality requirement and the equipment ability.According to the requirement of product quality,the constraint relation between product quality evaluation index and process parameters is established.The regression equation of the influencing relation is obtained via analysis of the experimental data,and the set of process parameters satisfying the quality objective is sought out.The optimal process parameters satisfying both the quality requirement and manufacturing cell performance can be identified by synthetically considering the objective of satisfying the performance of the manufacturing cell,defining the manufacturing cell performance index,and establishing the constraint and optimization function between the process parameters and the manufacturing cell performance index.A case study on the optimization of the parameters in extruding-blowing-molding process is provided to verify the feasibility of the proposed strategy.The results show that analyzing the experimental data by the quality evaluation index and manufacturing cell performance index can optimize the process parameters of the extruding-blowing-molding manufacturing process with satisfactory quality target and manufacturing cell performance.This strategy effectively solves the problem that the process parameters do not match performance stability of manufacturing cell,and ensures product productivity and quality stability.
