基于犹豫模糊PROMETHEE Ⅱ的设计方案群决策方法 被引量:11

摘要 顾客需求既是方案设计的起点,也是方案设计的终点,因此考虑顾客需求信息确定方案评价指标的权重。采用犹豫模糊语义术语集表达专家评价信息,基于犹豫模糊质量功能展开的思想计算指标权重。针对传统方案评价方法多具有决策补偿性的问题,采用犹豫模糊PROMETHEEⅡ进行方案排序。其中将犹豫模糊语言的可能度公式代替PROMETHEEⅡ中的优先函数,避免了犹豫模糊环境下优先函数的构造问题。以各专家排序结果与妥协解间的总距离最小化为目标函数构造0-1线性规划模型,计算方案排序的妥协解。最后通过某企业一款家用扫地机设计方案的排序进行实例验证。计算结果表明,与传统PROMETHEE群决策方法相比,所提方法无须确定专家权重,且避免了各方案净流量值区分度变小的问题,有效提高了方案排序结果的客观性和准确性。 This paper considered customer requirements to determine the concept evaluation criteria weights because they are both the start and the end of the concept design.And it employed hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set(HFLTS)to express experts’evaluation information.This paper provided hesitant fuzzy quality function deployment(QFD)to calculate the criteria weights and provided hesitant fuzzy PROMETHEEⅡto rank the concepts aiming at traditional concept evaluation methods have decision-making compensation.The possibility degree formula of HFLTS replaced the preference function in PROMETHEEⅡto avoid the construction of the preference function in the hesitant fuzzy environment.It obtained the concept compromise solution by establishing a 0-1linear programming model with minimizing the total distance between each expert’s sort results and the concept compromise solution.Finally,it gave out an example of ranking the concepts of a home sweeping machine to demonstrate the proposed approach.The results show that the proposed approach can avoid the determination of expert weights and the problem that the flow values are very close.The proposed approach effectively improves the objectivity and accuracy of the ranking results.
