女性员工在职场沟通中的常见误区及规避思路

摘要 女性员工在沟通中常有以下几个误区:以为有热情就会有回报,以为只有对方明确表示愿意的时候才能沟通,以为聊天聊得热烈就是好的沟通,以为能沟通就代表关系好,以为与人交往只需要沟通技巧。因此,女性员工要实现良好的人际沟通就需要倾听对方心理需求,利用不同类型的沟通途径,区别对待不同类型的沟通对象,注重沟通交流的层次深度,尊重对方也尊重自己。
