摘要
研究棉纺精梳机大弧面锡林对精梳效果及成纱质量的影响。开发了针齿总数分别为50 000齿及60 000齿的两种130°精梳锡林,在JSFA588X型精梳机上试用,并与90°锡林进行了精梳质量及成纱质量的对比。结果表明:采用50 000齿的130°锡林可提高精梳机排除棉结杂质数量,并使成纱的粗节、细节及棉结数量显著减少,成纱断裂强力、成纱条干均匀度指标均有改善。认为:增大锡林梳针弧面角度,选择适当针齿总数,可提高纤维的梳理度,改善梳理效果。
The influence of cotton spinning comber with large arc surface cylinder on carding effect and yarn quality was studied.Two kinds of 130°comber cylinder with total needles of 50 000 and 60 000 were developed.They were trialed in JSFA588X comber and compared with 90°cylinder on combing quality and yarn quality.The results showed that the neps and impurity removal quantity of comber could be improved by adapting 50 000 needles 130°comber cylinder.The yarn thick places,thin place and neps were obviously decreased.The yarn breaking strength and yarn evenness were both improved.It is considered that the fiber carding degree can be increased and the carding effect can be improved by enlarging the arc surface angle of cylinder comb and selecting the suitable total needles.
