摘要
研究冷轧堆纤维素酶抛光工艺改善粘胶织物起毛起球问题的效果。以LT19500L纤维素酶作为试验酶,对粘胶织物进行冷轧堆抛光整理,通过单因素试验确定影响抛光效果的主要因素的最佳范围,并对各影响因素设计正交试验,再运用灰色关联理论对数据进行分析,确定粘胶织物抛光的最佳工艺参数为pH值6.5,堆置温度50℃,冷轧堆时间8h,酶的浓度10g/L,带液率100%。认为:粘胶织物经冷轧堆纤维素酶抛光工艺处理后,抗起毛起球等级能够达到4级。
The effect of cold pad-batch cellulase polishing process on improving fabric anti-pilling was studied.LT19500L cellulase was used as experimental enzyme.The viscose fabric was finished with cold pad-batch process.The optimized ranges for the main elements that affect the polishing effect were determined through single factor experiment.For each affecting element and orthogonal experiment were designed.Then grey correlation theory was applied for data analyses.The optimized processing parameters for viscose fabric polishing were 6.5 for pH value,50℃for pad-batch temperature,8 h for cold pad-batch time,10 g/L for enzyme concentration and 100%take-up rate.It is considered that the anti-pilling grade for the viscose fabric after cold pad-batch cellulose polishing process can reach to grade 4.
