乌拉草混纺转杯纱的工艺优化 被引量:3

摘要 优化乌拉草棉混纺转杯纱的生产工艺。针对乌拉草纤维的性能特点,通过对乌拉草纤维预处理、采用称重原料混和工艺、优选前纺各工序工艺参数,并对转杯纺工艺中分梳辊速度、转杯工艺及纺纱张力等参数进行了优选。结果表明:棉/乌拉草75/25 36tex混纺转杯纱采用较优工艺参数为转杯速度47 000r/min,分梳辊速度7 300r/min,成纱捻系数420时,乌拉草混纺转杯纱可顺利生产,质量满足了使用要求。 Production process of ula grass cotton blended rotor yarn was optimized.According to the properties of ula grass fiber,through the pretreatment of ula grass fiber,process of weighing raw material mixing was adoptted and parameters of the pre-spinning process were optimized.The combing roller speed,the rotor process and the spinning tension were optimized.The results showed that better process parameters of cotton/ula grass 75/25 36 tex blended rotor yarns was rotor speed of 47 000 r/min,opening speed of 7 300 r/min and yarn twist factor of 420.With these process parameters,ula grass blended rotor yarn was successfully produced and yarn quality met use requirements.
