Technology Analysis of One Time Weaving Forming Home Textiles Suite

总结一次织造成形家纺套件的相关生产技术。对现有家纺制品加工技术中存在的一些的问题和不足进行了分析;从产品设计、纺纱技术、织前准备技术、织造技术、染整技术等方面,介绍了可以采取的技术和措施。实施效果表明:采用一次织造成形技术的家纺制品与传统家纺工艺相比,实测耗时、成本均有明显下降。认为:该技术为机织物和家纺新产品的开发提供了新的思路和技术支持,应用前景广阔。

Relevant production technologies of one time weaving forming home textile suite were summarized.Problems and shortcomings in the existing home textiles processing technology were analyzed.The technologies and measures that can be taken were introduced from the aspects of product design,spinning technology,weaving preparation technology,weaving technology,dyeing and finishing technology.The results showed that compared with the traditional home textiles process,time and cost of home textiles were significantly reduced by taking one time weaving forming technology.It is considered that new ideas and technology support for the development of new woven fabrics and home textiles are provided by the technology.
