兆瓦级高速永磁电机转子多场耦合强度分析 被引量:22

摘要 针对兆瓦级高速永磁电机碳纤维护套转子结构的强度分析问题,以一台1.12 MW、18000r/min高速永磁电机为例,对电机进行了三维流-热-固耦合计算。首先采用有限体积法对电机温度场及流体场进行耦合计算,得到转子温度场分布及其传热规律,通过温升实验验证了仿真计算结果的准确性。再以转子温度场结果为载荷,施加相应约束条件,计算得到转子在服役工况下的应力分布,归纳了碳纤维护套转子在多场耦合条件下强度变化规律。 To solve the problem of strength calculation of carbon-fiber retaining rotor for MW high-speed permanent magnet(HSPM)machine,the 3D fluid-thermal-solid coupling for a 1.12 MW,18 000 r/min HSPM machine was calculated.Firstly,the finite volume method was used to calculate the temperature field and the fluid field of the machine,to achieve rotor temperature field distribution and its transmission.The simulation results were verified by experiments.Then,the thermal stress distribution of the rotor under the service condition was obtained based on the results of the rotor temperature field by exerting the corresponding constraints.The strength variation of the carbon fiber rotor under the multi-field coupling condition is summarized.
