慢性肾衰竭患者血清铁蛋白与血脂代谢的相关性研究

Correlation between serum ferritin and blood lipid metabolism in patients with chronic renal failure

目的研究慢性肾衰竭患者血清铁蛋白与血脂代谢的相关性。方法选取该院2014年12月至2017年12月收治的326例慢性肾衰竭患者作为观察组,另选择同期该院健康体检者106例作为对照组。采用电化学发光法检测受检者的血清铁蛋白水平,采用比色分析法检测血脂代谢指标及血肌酐、尿素氮水平。结果观察组血清铁蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于对照组,但三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组尿素氮及血肌酐水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。且观察组血清铁蛋白与HDL-C水平呈负相关,与TG、TC及LDL-C水平呈正相关。结论慢性肾衰竭患者血清铁蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐、TG、TC及LDL-C水平升高,HDL-C水平降低,且血清铁蛋白与HDL-C呈负相关,与TG、TC及LDL-C呈正相关。

Objective To study the correlation between serum ferritin and blood lipid metabolism in the patients with chronic renal failure.Methods The retrospective analysis was performed in 326 cases of chronic renal failure as the observation group in this hospital from December 2014 to December 2017,and other 106 cases participated in physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The serum ferritin level in the subjects was detected by electrochemiluminescence.The blood lipid metabolism indexes,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels were detected by adopting the colorimetric method.Results The serum ferritin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The HDL-C level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of urea nitrogen and blood creatinine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum ferritin level in the observation group was negatively correlated with the levels of HDL-C,and was positively correlated with the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C.Conclusion The levels of serum ferritin,urea nitrogen,creatinine,TG,TC and LDL-C in the patients with chronic renal failure are also increased,and the HDL-C level is decreased,moreover serum ferritin is negatively correlated with HDL-C and positively correlated with TG,TC and LDL-C.
