摘要
职业认同直接决定职业发展的方向与趋势。社会工作职业认同是社会工作职业体系形成的核心原则。然而,在市场化改革和社会转型的关键期,社会工作被动回应社会发展需要的弊端渐显,其职业发展面临职业管理考核机制不健全、职业激励与评价体系缺失等一系列现实挑战。如何因应挑战,推进职业化过程中"职业认同"成为确保社会工作职业体系形成的关键前提。立足当前国内社会工作职业认同在价值观念冲突、声誉地位式微、理论框架模糊以及制度规范缺失四个维度上的瓶颈,尝试从中西方文化融合、薪酬福利晋升、理论自觉培养和制度建设出发,进一步开拓社会工作职业化进程路向,以期切实推进我国社会工作职业化、本土化发展。
Professional identity directly determines the direction and trend of career development.Social work occupation identification is the core principle of the social work career system.However,during the crucial period of marketization reform and social transformation,the disadvantages of passive response to social development needs of social work have gradually become apparent.The professional development faces a series of practical challenges such as the imperfect occupational management assessment mechanism and the lack of professional motivation and evaluation system.How to meet the challenge and promote the professional identity in the process of professionalization have become the key preconditions for ensuring the formation of a social work career system.Based on the current domestic social work occupation identification in four dimensions:the conflict of values,the low reputation status,the fuzzy theoretical framework and the lack of institutional norms.This article attempts to proceed from the integration of Chinese and western cultures,promotion of salary and benefits,theoretical self cultivation and institutional development.We should open up the road of professionalization of social work so as to promote the professionalization and localization of social work in our country.
