中国参与全球档案治理：时代、机遇与路径选择

China's Participation in Global Archives Governance: Times, Opportunities and Path

1948年,国际档案理事会于巴黎成立,经过70年的发展,搭建了国际档案交流与合作的有效平台,确立了全球档案工作的系列标准与原则,逐步形成了全球档案治理格局。为了更有效地参与全球档案治理,提升中国"构建人类命运共同体"治理理念的影响力,中国档案工作者应通过积极响应国际档案组织倡导的项目,参与制定国际档案规则标准,推进中国"一带一路"档案项目的国际影响力,广泛传递中国档案信息与声音,拓宽国际化档案人才输送渠道等方式参与全球档案治理。

In 1948,the International Council on Archives(ICA)was established in Paris.After 70 years of development,ICA established an effective platform for international archival communication and cooperation,formulated a series of standards and principles for global archives work and gradually formed a global archives governance structure.In order to participate more effectively in global archives governance and enhance the influence of China’s“building a community of human destiny”,Chinese archivists should actively take part in the projects advocated by international archives organizations,participate in the formulation of international archival rules and standards,promote the international influence of archives projects of“the Belt and Road”,transmit the voice and information of archives work of China and expand the international archives talent transmission channels.
