摘要
档案价值是档案以其原始的历史记录满足利用主体的需要而具有的凭证或参考(情报)作用,即"文件双重价值理论"中所提出的"第一价值"和"第二价值"概念。本文从主动收集、充当媒介和参与鉴定三个方面挖掘、体现出声像档案的"第二价值",并对如何能在声像档案管理工作中使"第二价值"发挥出巨大作用进行了研究。
The archival value is the proof and reference(intelligence)role of archives when they meet the needs of users with their original historical records,that is,the concept of"first value"and"second value"proposed in the theory of double value of documents.This paper excavates and reflects the"second value"of audio-visual archives from the following three aspects:active collection,acting as a medium and participation in appraisal.It also studies how to play the great role of the"second value"in the audio-visual archives management.
