电子注册制度对高校学籍档案管理的作用分析

中国的电子注册制度在全世界的高等教育中是唯一的,是中国高校教育改革的一项重大举措。制度规定学生从入学的学籍注册,在校生的学年注册,学生毕业时的学历注册,三个时间段的三次注册,从开始,到过程,最后到结论。电子注册制度有力推动高校学生数据信息库的建设,从而完成了教育部对各高校在管理学生的全过程进行全程监控。国家对电子注册制度的实施,使高校学生学籍档案管理的内容、形式、时间等都发生了变化,本文主要从高校学生学籍档案管理与电子注册制度相关联性入手,分析高校学生学籍档案管理与电子注册制度的核心内容,分析高校如何借助电子注册制度来提高高校学籍档案管理的成效性。

China's electronic registration system is unique in higher education worldwide,and is a major measure in China's college education reform.The system stipulates that students should have registration three times:enrollment when they enter the college,registration each school year,and diploma registration upon graduation.The electronic registration system has effectively promoted the construction of college students'information database,thus finishing monitoring the entire process of students management by the Ministry of Education.The implementation of the electronic registration system in the country has changed the content,form and time of college students'archives management.This paper mainly starts from the correlation between college students'archives management and electronic registration system,and analyzes the core content of them,and how colleges and universities can improve the effectiveness of college students’archives management by means of electronic registration system.
