高校图书馆参与乡村文化建设之我见——以西藏民族大学参与张咀村文化扶贫为例

Thoughts on the Participation of University Libraries in the Construction of Rural Culture——A Case Study of Xizang Minzu University's Participation in Cultural Poverty Alleviation in Zhangzui Village

"扶贫同扶志、扶智",当前制约贫困乡村发展、贫困户脱贫的主要因素是文化知识的缺失,文化扶贫也理当成为"真脱贫、脱真贫"的重点工作;高校图书馆作为文化机构对贫困乡村文化建设具有重要意义。文章以西藏民族大学图书馆为例,分析了高校图书馆参与乡村文化建设的具体优势,并就高校图书馆参与乡村文化建设的具体措施进行了探讨。

To alleviate poverty is to help with ambition and knowledge.The main factor restricting the poor rural areas from development and getting rid of poverty is the lack of cultural knowledge,and the cultural poverty alleviation should be the focus of the work.University library,as a cultural organization,has important significance for the cultural construction in poor rural areas.Taking the library of Xizang Minzu University as an example,this paper analyzes the specific advantages of university libraries’participation in the construction of rural culture,and probes into the concrete measures taken by university libraries to participate in the construction of rural culture.
