农业信息化、空间溢出效应与农业绿色全要素生产率——基于SBM-ML指数法和空间杜宾模型

Agricultural Informatization,Spatial Spillover Effect and Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity:Based on the Method of SBM-ML Index and Spatial Durbin Model

依据中国30个省份2003—2015年的面板数据,采用基于SBM方向性距离函数的ML指数法,测算农业绿色全要素生产率。进而,借助空间杜宾模型和偏微分方法,探讨农业信息化对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响,并将其分解为直接效应和空间溢出效应。研究发现:中国农业绿色全要素生产率年均增长4.5%,农业技术进步是其增长的主要动力,且按照中、东、西部顺序依次递减;中国农业绿色全要素生产率的局部空间相关性有逐步增强趋势;农业信息化水平每提升1%,农业绿色全要素生产率就会增长0.450 3%,其中直接效应贡献0.340 1%,空间溢出效应贡献0.110 2%。因此,应实施差异化的地区农业扶持政策和农业强省对弱省的精准帮扶,并全面提高农业信息化水平。

Based on the panel data from 2003 to 2015 of 30 provinces in China,this paper uses the ML index based on SBM's directional distance function to estimate agricultural green total factor productivity.Then,using spatial Durbin model and partial differential method,this paper analyzes the influence of agricultural informatization on agricultural green total factor productivity and divide that into direct effect and spatial spillover effect.The results show that agricultural green total factor productivity grows at 4.5%per year in average,agricultural technological progress is the main dynamic and decrease progressively from the middle?to the eastern to the western.There is an increasing trend in local correlation of agricultural green total factor productivity.Agricultural informatization level increases 1%,agricultural green total factor productivity will increase 0.450 3%in total.Among them,the direct effect contributed 0.340 1%,and the spillover effect contributed 0.110 2%.Therefore,it is supposed to implement the policy of regional agricultural support,strengthen the precise assistance for less-developed provinces from well-developed provinces in agriculture,and improve the level of agricultural informatization.
