Revitalization Path for Ethnic Minority Traditional Villages

以分层次管理理论为基础,本文从地理空间、组织形式、教育程度、贫困等级四大方面剖析传统村落经济发展的层次差异,根据产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕五大总体要求,认为振兴少数民族村落,需要立足传统村落发展的优劣势,从人才、产业、文化振兴三大方面制定层次适配的传统村落振兴战略,系统实施、全面落实,努力实现各层次村落发展升级以及美丽乡村建设。

By applying the theory of hierarchical management,this paper scientifically analyzes the differences in levels of traditional village economic development from the four aspects of geographic space,organizational form,education level,and poverty level.According to five general requirements of prosperity,ecological liveability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life,this paper proposes that the revitalization of ethnic minority villages needs to be based on the advantages and disadvantages of the development of traditional villages,and to develop a traditional village revitalization strategy based on the three major aspects of talent,industry and cultural revitalization.Full implementation,efforts to achieve village development at all levels to upgrade and beautiful rural construction.
