我国科学数据共享平台数据组织的现状及改进建议——基于国家科技基础条件平台的分析

Current Situation and Suggestions of Data Organization on Domestic Scientific Data Sharing Platforms——A Study Based on National Science and Technology Infrastructure Platform

近年来,科学数据共享已成为学界的趋势,在我国,科学数据共享的代表成果之一是国家科技基础条件平台项目下的6家科学数据共享平台。6家平台在数据组织方面采用分类和主题的方法,基本实现统一的数据组织和一站式检索,大部分实现了站内数据的整合,但仍旧存在政策中缺乏对数据组织情况的说明、数据标准性和规范性不足、资源揭示层次较浅等问题。针对这些问题,各数据共享平台应当完善政策说明、规范数据标准、深入揭示数据资源。

Data sharing has become a trend in academia in recent years.6 data sharing platforms under National Science and Technology Infrastructure Platform are representative data sharing programs.The 6 platforms use methods of classification and theme to organize data,basically achieved unified data organization and one-stop search,and most of data is integrated in the platform.However,there are still some problems such as lack of description of data organization in platform policies and standardization of data,and superficially revealing of resources.Data platforms should improve data policies,specify metadata standards,and reveal data resources in depth.
