京津冀天使投资空间溢出动态演化 被引量:1

Dynamic Evolution of Spatial Spillover of Angel Investment in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province

摘要 天使投资的发展扩散作为一种空间溢出,有其独特的演化规律和空间特质。利用天使投资空间溢出模型,将其从静态拓展到动态,用以分析京津冀天使投资的动态演化与相互影响的作用机理。结果表明:京津冀天使投资的空间演化过程大致经历了初始、雏形、形成和稳定发展4个阶段,最终形成了以北京为中心,北京、天津、河北为核心区域,山西、内蒙古、山东、河南为外围区域的溢出圈层。随着空间距离的增大,京津冀圈内溢出水平存在明显的递减趋势,且在圈层内部结构呈现出中心、核心区域、外围区域层层递进,良性互动的特点。在研究京津冀溢出圈层时发现,区域间的经济交流能促进溢出作用的良性互动。同时,提高当地经济的发展水平、增强科技创新能力才能从根本上提高接受溢入的能力。 The development and diffusion of angel investment as a kind of space overflow has its own unique evolutionary rules and spatial characteristics.Using angel spillover model,this paper extends from static to dynamic to analyze the mechanism of dynamic evolution and mutual influence of angel investment in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The empirical analysis shows that the spatial evolution of angel investment in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has undergone four stages:initial,prototype,formation and steady development.Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as the core areas,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia and Shandong,Henan as a peripheral area of the spillover.With the increase of spatial distance,the spillover level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region shows a significant decreasing trend,and the internal structure of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region shows a gradual and benign interaction at the center,core and peripheral regions.The economic exchange among regions can promote the positive interaction of spillovers.At the same time,improving the local economy’s level of development and enhancing the capability of scientific and technological innovation can fundamentally enhance the ability to accept the spillover.
