老字号商业网点空间分布与影响因素分析——以开封市区为例

Spatial Distribution and Influencing Factors of Time-honored Brand Commercial Branches: A Case of Kaifeng City

老字号是古城商业文化的精髓,具有一定的社会影响力。采用核密度估计法、最近邻指数法、标准差椭圆模型和地理探测器方法分析开封市老字号商业网点的空间分异和影响因素。研究发现:(1)网点分布呈现"一轴一带两区"的集聚形态;(2)老字号的类型不同,其经济活动区位具有显著分异,商务类和大众类老字号网点分布具有较大差异;(3)对老字号分布的影响因素进行宏观分析发现城市发展战略、历史变革、产业活动、老字号自身发展等均对老字号空间布局的均质性和集聚性产生重要影响,不同类型功能区对老字号的选址和布局有着直接影响;用地理探测器软件进行影响因素微观分析发现因子贡献量逐渐减小且任意两个因子交互后影响力均表现为相互增强。

The time-honored brand(THB)is the quintessence of ancient commercial culture and it has a certain social influence.The methods including the kernel density estimation,nearest neighbor index,standard deviation ellipse model and geographical detector method were used to analyze the spatial differentiation and influence factors of commercial outlets of THB.The results showed that:(1)There was the distribution pattern of THB as“one axis,one belt and two areas”;(2)These different types of THB had significant difference in economic activity area,the distribution of THB had a great difference between the type of business and public;(3)The paper made a macro analysis for the influence factors of time-honored commercial outlets distribution and found that the strategy of city development,the change of history,industrial activities,the self-development of the time-honored all had a crucial influence on homogeneous and agglomeration of space layout,different types of functional areas had a direct influence on the location and layout.Using the geographic detector to analyze the influence factors,and found that the contribution of factor had been decreasing gradually.Finally the result of microscopic analysis was that the influence of any two factors would be mutually enhancemented when they were interacted.
