摘要
农用地经济效益评价对于优化区域土地利用结构和制定区域可持续发展政策具有重要意义。以中原经济区转型示范市焦作市为例,构建农用地经济效益评价指标体系,运用熵值-模糊综合评判模型评估区域农用地经济效益水平,借鉴RDA排序分析方法识别主导因素,采用定性与定量结合的方式对区域农用地经济效益进行综合评价并分析其时空分异规律。结果表明:(1) 2007—2015年,焦作市农用地经济效益整体处于较高水平,但呈振荡下降趋势,时空变化特征差异性显著;(2)农业机械化程度、高效灌溉水平及耕种面积大小是影响焦作市农用地经济效益的主导因素;(3)建议从国土政策引导、科技惠农支持、耕地数量质量保障及绿色低碳循环发展理念等方面采取因地制宜的农用地管控策略,提高农用地产出效率和产投比。
It is great significant to assess economic benefits of agricultural land for optimizing regional land use structure and making sustainable development policy.Take Jiaozuo City as an example,the paper construct the index system of economic benefits of agricultural land.And then,entropy and fuzzy synthetic evaluation models are used to evaluate the economic level of regional agricultural land.Moreover,RDA sequencing analysis method is also used to identify the dominant factors.Temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics of economic benefits of regional agricultural land are analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative methods.The results show that:(1)The economic benefits of agricultural land in Jiaozuo City are in high levels and have generally been declining since 2007,and spatio-temporal difference varies significantly;(2)There are three main factors like agricultural mechanization,irrigation efficiency and the cultivated area that affect the economic benefits of agricultural land in Jiaozuo City;(3)Some measures are put forward to promote agricultural productivity and input-output ratio,which are land use policy,agricultural science and technology,quantity and quality of cultivated land protection and green low-carbon cycle conceptions.
