过敏性疾病患者外周血可溶性PD-L1的表达及意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的本研究旨在调查血清sPD-L1水平与过敏性疾病之间的联系。方法本研究分过敏性鼻炎组(n=18),过敏性哮喘组(n=17)和过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘组(n=16),分别检测各组血清sPD-L1,屋尘螨特异性IgE和总IgE水平。结果与健康对照组相比,过敏性疾病患者sPD-L1水平显着降低(P <0.05)。血清sPD-L1诊断过敏性疾病ROC曲线的最佳诊断值为1.93 ng/mL,AUC为0.81(P <0.001)。在过敏性患者中,过敏性鼻炎组与过敏性哮喘组血清sPD-L1水平均高于过敏性鼻炎合并哮喘组(P <0.001和P=0.026),血清IgE浓度较低的患者表现出较高的sPD-L1水平,且总IgE与sPD-L1呈显著负相关性(r=-0.29,P=0.038)。结论血清sPD-L1可能在过敏性疾病的进展中起重要作用,是防止病程进一步发展的保护性因素。 Objective To investigate the association between serum soluble programmed death-1 ligand-1 levels(sPD-L1)and allergy.Methods Patients with allergy were divided into the allergic rhinitis(n=18),allergic asthma(n=17)and allergic rhinitis with asthma(n=16)groups in this study.Serum sPD-L1 concentration was determined by a commercial ELISA kit.Serum house dust mite specific-IgE(sIgE)and total-IgE(tIgE)were determined by ImmunoCAP 1000 system.Results The serum sPD-L1 level was significantly lowered in individuals with allergy compared with the healthy controls(P<0.001).The best cutoff value defined by ROC curve for sPD-L1 in predicting allergy was 1.93 ng/mL,with an AUC of 0.81(P<0.001).For patients with allergy,serum sPD-L1 level in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)and in those with allergic asthma(AS)was significantly increased compared with that in allergic rhinitis with asthma(AS&AS)(P<0.001 and P=0.026,respectively).Patients in the mild group of serum IgE had higher serum sPD-L1 concentration compared with severe group(P<0.05).In addition,IgE level was inversely correlated with the serum sPD-L1 level in allergic patients(r=-0.29,P=0.038).Conclusion Serum sPD-L1 possibly plays an important role in the progression of allergic diseases,which may be a protective feature that prevents further progression of allergies.Therefore,sPDL1 may be considered as a promising target for allergy treatment.
