7SGH山地果园双轨运输机振动性能测试与分析 被引量:3

摘要 7SGH山地果园双轨运输机以其载重爬坡能力强和无需开垦山路等特点成为山地果园运输农资的重要装备,但运输机的振动会对支撑轨道的稳定性造成影响,运输的货物也会因此受损。本研究通过利用Econ振动分析仪测量运输机7个关键部位在不同载重工况下的X、Y、Z方向的振动参数。基于时域信号进行FFT傅里叶变换,得出载货滑车振幅峰值主要集中在146~224Hz,其振动幅度为0.022~0.026 G,而0~10 Hz频率段振幅小于0.008 G。运输机在轨道平面法向Z方向的振动最大。考虑到运输机启动和制动等对钢丝绳的惯性冲击,基于LabVIEW设计一套钢丝绳安全测试系统,测试表明增加钢丝绳避振装置可以使牵引钢丝绳的惯性冲击拉力降低32%、振动波动降低62.5%,从而减轻了钢丝绳振动疲劳损伤,并且提高了运输机的安全性和运输效率。 The 7SGH mountainous orchard dual-track transporter has played an important role in mountainous transport industry for its excellent loading capacity and terrain adaptability,but the vibration through the container would have some effects on the tracks steady and the goods quality.For exploring the influence of the vibration characteristic on the transporter operation,an optimized method was proposed.The 3 axles(X,Y and Z)vibration parameters of 7 key points on the transporter were measured by using Econ vibration analysis instrument under different loading condition,then the raw vibration signal were converted by FFT alternation,and the results presented the peak value mainly focused on 146-224 Hz,the vibration range from 0.022-0.026 G,meanwhile the range of frequency from 0-10 Hz region below 0.008 G,and the vibration of Z axle obtain the maximum.Considering the wire rope s inertia impact caused by the start and brake motion,a wire rope safety monitoring system was built based on LabVIEW software.The results showed that the wire rope damping device are able to reduce the inertia impact about 32%and vibration about 62.5%.Through comparison of the results,the wire rope damping device was proved to attenuate the fatigue damage and augment the transporter s operation security.
