摘要
材料的表面改性技术是指采用某种工艺手段使材料表面获得与其基体材料不同的组织结构、性能的一种技术。把材料的表面改性技术应用到石油压裂支撑剂上,使得压裂支撑剂具有一些特殊的结构和功能,是支撑剂学科的研究热门。文章介绍了压裂支撑剂相关的表面改性技术,包括物理涂覆改性、表面化学改性和接枝改性,指出了它们在压裂支撑剂领域的应用现状,并讨论了其他的改性技术在支撑剂上的应用前景,对压裂支撑剂研究和相关行业具有一定的指导意义。
The surface modification refers to a technology which can obtain the different structure and properties of surface.The surface modified proppants which have some special structure and property are the particularly topical.This paper introduces the surface modification techniques of proppants.The physical coating modification,the surface chemical modification and grafting modification will be discussed in this paper and future development of proppants related surface modification techniques is involved.It has great realistic significance to study of fracturing proppant and the related industries.
