摘要
主要介绍了金属镓的提取及应用现状。金属粗镓的提取技术主要是萃取法和树脂法,高纯金属镓的提取技术主要有电解精炼法、结晶法、真空精炼法、有机化合物热分解法等。目前,金属镓的主要应用领域是新能源领域,同时镓还被应用于热界面材料、焊接领域、医学领域及其他领域中。我国金属镓的储量居世界领先,但我国金属镓行业仍处于落后状态。发展我国的高纯金属镓的提取技术,拓宽高纯度镓的应用已经是一个必然的趋势。
The extraction technology and application status of gallium are introduced.Extraction technology and resin method are the main approaches to extract crude gallium.And the extraction technology of high purity gallium is mainly composed of electrolytic refining,seeded crystallization,vacuum refining,thermal decomposition of organic compounds.At present,the main application fields of gallium is new energy field,while gallium is also used in thermal interface materials,welding field,medical field and other fields.Gallium has abundant reserves in China,but the gallium industry is still backward.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to develop the extraction technology of high purity gallium in our country and expand the application of high purity gallium.
