助熔剂硅石及钾页岩对磷矿碳热还原反应的影响 被引量:1

摘要 考察了硅石及钾页岩分别作为助熔剂时对磷矿碳热还原反应的影响。通过考察反应温度、反应时间、烟煤过剩系数和酸度值,研究两种助熔剂对磷转化率的影响。结果表明,随着反应温度的升高、反应时间的延长、烟煤过剩系数的增大,磷的转化率逐渐提高,最后趋于稳定。随着酸度值的增大,磷的转化率呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当反应温度为1400℃,反应时间为40 min,酸度值为1.02,无烟煤过剩系数为1.5时,硅石、钾页岩作为助熔剂时磷的转化率分别达到94.50%,95.31%。通过考察残渣特性,得出钾页岩作为助熔剂时,其残渣的流动温度较硅石降低了52℃,粘度摊开面积是硅石体系的2.25倍。 The effects of silica and potassium shale as the flux agents on the thermal reduction of bituminous coal were investigated.The effects of two fluxes on phosphorus conversion rate were investigated by investigating reaction temperature,reaction time,bituminous excess coefficient and acidity value.The results show that the conversion ratio of phosphorus gradually enhanced and finally became stable,with the increasing of time,temperature and bituminous coal.While with the acidity value increasing,the ratio trended to increase first and then decrease.The optimum processes are as follow:reaction temperature is 1400℃,reaction time is 40 min,acidity value is 1.02,bituminous coal excess coefficient is 1.5.In this case,the conversion of phosphorus is 94.50%and 95.31%,respectively,when silica and potassium shale are used as fluxes.By examining the characteristics of the residue,it can be concluded that when the potassium shale is used as a flux,the flow temperature of the residue is lowered by 52℃compared with silica,and the viscosity spread area is 2.25 times that of the silica system.
