烧结助剂对多孔吸音陶瓷结构和性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以岩浆土和凝灰岩为原料,以玻璃粉、膨润土和氧化铝为烧结助剂制备多孔吸音陶瓷。在热分析基础上,研究了玻璃粉、膨润土和氧化铝用量对多孔吸音陶瓷吸音性能、抗压强度、显气孔率和孔径的影响。采用X-射线衍射和超景深显微技术分别对陶瓷的晶相结构和形貌进行表征。结果表明,在玻璃粉用量10%、膨润土用量10%和氧化铝用量1%时样品性能最优。此条件下,样品在500~6 300 Hz下平均吸音系数为0.51,样品抗压强度为4.01 MPa,样品显气孔率为40.03%,平均孔径为0.98 mm。 Porous sound-absorbing ceramics were prepared from magmatic soil and tuff rock,with glass powder,bentonite and alumina as sintering aids.Based on the thermal analysis results,the effects of dosage of glass powder,bentonite and alumina on the sound absorption property,compression strength,porosity and pore size of the porous sound-absorbing ceramics.X-ray powder diffraction and ultra depth of the field techniques were used to characterize the phase structure and morphology of the samples.The results showed that favorable performance of porous acoustic materials could be achieved by optimized conditions,dosage of glass powder,bentonite and alumina was 10%,10%and 1%,respectively.For this optimal sample,the average sound absorption coefficient was 0.51 assessed at the frequency of 500-6 300 Hz,the compression strength was 4.01 MPa,the porosity was 40.03%,and the pore size was 0.98 mm.
