红外作用下煤对CO_2吸附/解吸能量变化规律 被引量:4

摘要 煤层气(CBM)吸附/解吸过程实际是气体分子在游离态与吸附态之间相互转化的过程,分子运动过程中必然伴随有能量的变化,所以研究煤对CO_2吸附/解吸过程中的能量变化对研究煤层气运移规律有重要意义。本试验利用自行设计研制的红外作用等温吸附/解吸仿真试验仪,对不同红外功率下煤对CO_2吸附解吸特性进行了试验研究,并且运用吸附/解吸过程中能量计算相关理论,得到该试验条件下吸附/解吸过程中能量变化规律。研究表明,红外作用下煤对CO_2吸附/解吸效率能够从能量角度进行解释,吸附/解吸状态的自由能受红外功率与压力共同影响,与红外作用下煤对CO_2吸附/解吸的试验结果一致;不同红外功率的吸附特性曲线变化趋势基本一致,均满足3次幂函数拟合关系,拟合度较高,R^2均在94%以上。 The CBM adsorption/desorption process is actually a process in which gas molecules transform between free and adsorbed states.Since the movement of molecules must be accompanied by changes in energy,it is of great significance to study the energy changes in the process of CO2 adsorption/desorption for coal to study the movement of CBM.In this paper,the self-designed power infrared isotherm adsorption/desorption simulation test was used to study the CO2 adsorption and desorption characteristics of coal under different infrared power.And using the relevant theory of energy calculation in the adsorption/desorption process,the energy variation law during the adsorption/desorption process under the experimental conditions was obtained.Studies showed that coal's CO2 adsorption/desorption efficiency can be explained from the energy point of view by power infrared.The free energy in the adsorption and desorption state was affected by both infrared power and pressure.This result was consistent with the experimental results of CO2 adsorption/desorption by coal under power infrared radiation.The change trended of the adsorption characteristics of different infrared powers were basically the same,all satisfy the cubic power function fitting relationship,and the fitting degree was high,R2 was above 94%.
