针刺代谢组学研究的现状与分析

Current Situation and Analysis of Acupuncture Metabonomics

针刺作为防治疾病的治疗手段,在临床上运用广泛。由于人体系统的复杂性,针刺作用机制尚不清楚,代谢组学的运用可以为针刺效应规律和生物学基础提供有价值的信息,对于阐释针灸理论、促进针灸学的现代化和国际化有重要意义。在对近十年针刺代谢组学研究现状进行分析总结后,提出不足与思路,以期促进针刺研究的发展。

Acupuncture as a means of prevention and treatment of diseases,is widely used in clinical practice.Because of the complexity of the human body,the mechanism of acupuncture is not yet clear.The application of metabonomics can provide valuable information for the rule of acupuncture effect and biological basis,and it is of great significance for explaining acupuncture theory,promoting the modernization and internationalization of acupuncture and moxibustion.After analyzing and summarizing the current research situation of acupuncture metabonomics in recent ten years,the author puts forward some deficiencies and ideas in order to promote the development of acupuncture research.
