摘要
飞机的使用与维修数据是评估飞机使用可靠性的重要依据,由于航空装备使用管理的特殊性,目前国内外对基于航空装备使用与维修数据的飞机可靠性评估技术缺乏系统的研究。基于某型航空装备日常积累的维修保障数据,利用数据挖掘技术,获取与飞机训练、维护、维修、使用等相关的信息,建立飞机使用可靠度模型,描述飞机使用可靠性随飞行强度和服役年限的相关性,可用于实战或训练环境下飞机使用可靠性的预测。
The use and maintenance data of an airplane is an important basis for assessing the service reliability of aircraft.At present,there is no systematic research on aircraft reliability evaluation technology based on aircraft use and maintenance data,and few research results can be combined with the actual situation of military aircraft use.Based on the massive data accumulated in the daily activities of aviation equipment,this paper makes full use of data mining technology to acquire information related to aircraft training,maintenance,repair,use and so on.An aircraft reliability model is established that describes the reliability of the aircraft with the change of flight strength and service life.This model can be used in actual combat or training environment to predict the reliability of aircraft.
