管式炉-离子色谱联用测定车用柴油的硫含量 被引量:3

DETERMINATION OF SULFUR IN DIESEL FUEL BY TUBE FURNACE COMBUSTION-ION CHROMATOGRAPHY

摘要 建立了管式炉-离子色谱联用测定车用柴油中硫含量的分析方法。采用管式炉高温燃烧、双氧水氧化将样品中的硫化物转化成硫酸根离子的形式,以离子色谱分离分析,测定车用柴油中的硫含量。在优化的色谱条件下,离子色谱硫检出限为0.11μg/g,在硫质量分数0.44~222.22μg/g范围内线性关系良好,精密度和重复性的相对标准偏差均小于5%,回收率在95.50%~103.60%之间,相对标准偏差为2.29%,符合分析方法要求。该方法与现行标准方法紫外荧光法之间的差异不大,适用于车用柴油中的硫含量检测。 An analytical method using tube furnace combustion-ion chromatography for determination of sulfur content in diesel fuel was established.Sample was burned in tube furnace and the sulfur compounds were transformed into SO 2-4 by hydrogen peroxide,the sulfur was then determined by ion chromatography.The detection limit of sulfur content is 0.11μg g.The calibration curve is linear within sulfur content of 0.44-222.22μg g(r=0.999 8).Precision and accuracy tests showed that the relative standard deviation is less than 5%,with the recovery rates between 95.50%and 103.60%and the RSD of 2.29%.The result by this method is very close to that by the UV fluorescence method used in the current national standard.It is suitable for sulfur content detection in diesel fuel.
