我国制糖工业废水减排现状分析及启示 被引量:7

Situation analysis and enlightenment on the wastewater discharge reduction for sugar manufacturing industry in China

摘要 概述了制糖加工工艺及产生的废水种类,梳理总结了制糖企业采取的各类废水减排措施;介绍了制糖行业单位产品基准排水量现状,并对影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,制糖行业特别是甘蔗制糖的基准排水量远低于现行《制糖工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21909—2008)的限值,制糖原料、工艺、企业规模及废水减排措施投资均影响基准排水量。针对制糖行业,建议加严国家层面管控要求,提高制糖行业的产业集中度。对于其他行业适当鼓励出台地方水污染物排放标准。 Sugar manufacturing processing techniques,types of wastewater produced,and various discharge reduction measures used in sugar manufacturing industry are summarized.The present situation of benchmark effluent volume per unit product of sugar manufacturing industry is introduced,and the influencing factors are analyzed.The results show that the benchmark effluent volume per unit product of sugar manufacturing industry,especially of cane sugar manufacturing,is far lower than the limit value in currently promulgated Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Sugar Manufacturing Industry(GB 21909-2008).The benchmark effluent volume per unit product is obviously affected by raw materials,processing technology,enterprise scale and investment of discharge reduction measures.Aiming at sugar manufacturing industry,it is suggested that the requirements for management and control by the government should be stricter,and industrial concentration degree of sugar manufacturing industry should be improved.As far as other industries are concerned,the promulgation of local water pollutant discharge standards should be ecouraged appropriately.
