摘要
利用成功启动的上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器形成的颗粒污泥提高对低浓度有机污水的处理效果。结果表明,在COD为300 mg/L的低浓度下,在温度为35℃时,历经90 d成功启动UASB反应器,在UASB内形成黑色颗粒污泥;当HRT为4 h时,其对COD的去除率超过80%。最终UASB反应器中有73.64%的污泥粒径>0.25 mm。UASB运行稳定后,当HRT为3 h,温度为16~21.1℃时,污泥能膨胀至整个反应区,此时COD去除率为86.35%~94.60%,平均COD去除率为91.05%,出水COD≤43 mg/L。
The granular sludge formed with the successfully started up-flow anaerobic sludge bed(UASB)reactor has been applied to the improvement of treatment effect of low concentration organic sewage.The results indicate that the UASB can successfully be started up in 90 days,when the COD with low concentration is 300 mg/L,and temperature 35℃,the black granular sludge can be formed in UASB.And the removing rate of COD is over 80%when HRT is 4 h.Finally,73.64%of the sludge granular size in the UASB is>0.25 mm.When HRT is 3 h,and temperature 16-21.1℃,the sludge can expand to the whole reaction area,after UASB has been operated stably.At this time,the COD removing rate is 86.35%-94.60%,average COD removing rate 91.05%,and effluent COD≤43 mg/L.
