摘要 研究了2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇双异丁酸酯(TXIB)对醛肟萃取铜的影响。在标准性能测试条件下,随有机相中TXIB浓度升高,有机相最大铜负载量下降,但下降幅度较小;有机相萃取等温点和反萃取等温点均呈下降趋势,其中反萃取等温点下降幅度大于萃取等温点下降幅度;有机相净铜转移量升高;有机相对铁的萃取性能受到显著抑制,Cu/Fe选择性大幅升高。工业生产条件下,料液酸度较低时,有机相中含有较高浓度TXIB有利于铜的萃取,因此可以通过补加TXIB或用TXIB含量较高的萃取剂提高铜回收率;料液酸度较高时,有机相中含有较低浓度TXIB有利于铜的萃取,因此,可以适当补加醛肟或用含较低浓度TXIB的萃取剂提高铜回收率。 The effect of TXIB on extraction performance of aldoxime for copper was studied.Under the condition of standard performance test,the maximum copper loading of organic phase decreased,but no significant with increasing of the concentration of TXIB in organic phase.The extraction isotherm point and the reextraction isotherm point of the organic phase decrease,and the decreasing amplitude of the extraction isotherm point is greater than that of the reextraction isotherm point.The net copper transfer of the organic phase will continue to rise.The extraction performance of organic phase for iron is significantly inhibited so that the organic phase selectivity for Cu/Fe increasessignificantly.Under industrial production conditions,when the acidity of feed liquid is low,the higher concentration of TXIB in organic phase is beneficial to extraction of copper.Therefore,using the extractants with higher TXIB content can improve extraction of copper.When the acidity of feed liquid is high,using the organic phase with low concentration of TXIB is beneficial to extraction of copper.Therefore,the extraction of copper can be increased by adding aldoxime in extractant or using the extractant with lower concentrate of TXIB.
