摘要
设计一款角度传感器用于高精度液浮陀螺。该角度传感器由转子线圈在定子激磁气隙磁场中的转动来感测变化的角度并输出与角度成比例的电压信号。定子和转子骨架采用超硬铝材料制作,不含铁无电磁吸力,保证了陀螺零位的稳定性和重复性。通过样机抽测证实该角度传感器的线性度高,非线性误差小于5?,相比原来的微动同步器,综合成本大大降低,可靠性得到提高,适合批量生产。
An angle sensor is designed for the high-precision liquid floated gyro.In the sensor,the varying angles are sensed and measured by means of the rotation of the rotor coil in the stator exciting airgap magnetic field,and voltage signals proportional to angles are output.The stator and rotor skeletons are made of super hard aluminum material without any iron contained or electromagnetic attraction,which ensures the stability and repeatability of the gyro′s zero position.The test of randomly-selected prototypes was carried out.The results verified that the angle sensor has high linearity(non-linearity error is smaller than 5%00),and in comparison with the original microsyn,has greatly?reduced comprehensive cost and improved reliability,and is suitable for mass production.
