复合氧化钼压块直接合金化炼钢的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 在100 kg的中频感应炉内模拟转炉直接合金化工艺,进行了复合氧化钼压块直接合金化炼钢实验。结果表明,实验中压块迅速熔化,钼元素收得率随合金化时间的延长而提高,最终达到稳定值。对于含C的复合氧化钼压块,当合金化时间为8 min、压块组分摩尔比为Mo O_3∶C∶CaO=1∶2.25∶0.5时,钼元素的收得率最高为97.48%;对于含SiC复合氧化钼压块,当合金化时间为8 min、压块组分摩尔比为Mo O_3∶SiC∶CaO=1∶0.75∶0.75时,钼元素的收得率最高为97.94%。 In the medium-frequency induction furnace of 100 kg,the direct alloying process of converter was simulated and the direct alloying steelmaking experiment of composite molybdenum oxide was carried out.The results show that the briquette smelt rapidly,and the molybdenum element yield increases with the extension of the alloying time,and finally reaches a stable value.For the composite molybdenum oxide compact containing C,when the alloying time is 8 min and the molar ratio of the compact is MoO 3∶C∶CaO=1∶2.25∶0.5,the yield of molybdenum element is up to 97.48%;When the alloying time is 8 min and the molar ratio of the compact is MoO 3∶SiC∶CaO=1∶0.75∶0.75,the yield of molybdenum element is up to 97.94%.
