摘要
以水杨羟肟酸在金红石表面的吸附特性为研究对象,系统考察了药剂p H值、药剂浓度、矿浆温度对水杨羟肟酸离子在金红石表面的吸附动力学及热力学的影响。结果表明,水杨羟肟酸离子在金红石表面的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学方程,金红石表面活性质点在矿物表膜中的扩散是吸附过程的控制性步骤;药剂吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,吸附过程的ΔG随温度上升而降低,但随药剂浓度的增加而增加;温度低时水杨羟肟酸在金红石表面的吸附属于离子交换吸附模式,但在温度升高时转变为化学反应吸附模式。
The adsorption properties of salicylhydroxamic acid(SHA)on rutile surface were studied.The effects of pH value,reagent concentration and slurry temperature on the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics of SHA on rutile surface were investigated systematically.The results show that the adsorption of SHA on rutile surface accords well with pseudo-second order kinetic equation.The mineral activity sites diffusion in the mineral surface film was identified as a controlling step of the adsorption process.The results of adsorption thermodynamics indicated that Langmuir monolayer adsorption model could explain the adsorption process well in which theΔG decreased with the temperature increasing but increased with the reagent concentration increasing.When the temperature is low,the adsorption of SHA on the surface of rutile belongs to the ion exchange adsorption mode,but it changes to the chemical reaction adsorption mode when the temperature increases.
