摘要
针对传统采空区顶底板收敛离线监测存在的问题,提出了一套顶底板收敛在线监测系统,系统由传感器、数据采集模块、无线通讯模块、数据展示与分析软件平台等组成,选用了适用于采空区顶底板的收敛监测传感器,设计了一组电压处理电路,用于采集变换磁致伸缩传感器的输出电压,研究了ZIGBEE无线数据通讯模块,并基于该技术实现了位移监测传感器在采空区中的多点分配和布置需求。攻克了数据采集、无线传输、数据分析、高可靠性、高防护等关键技术。将系统应用于某矿山采空区顶底板收敛监控试验,试验监测结果表明,系统具有精度高、稳定性好等特点,可为矿山采空区顶底板收敛在线监测提供可靠技术手段。
In order to solve the problems of roof and floor convergence offline monitoring for goaf,a set of convergence online monitoring system for roof and flooris proposed.The system consists of sensors,data acquisition modules,wireless communication modules,data display and analysis software platforms,etc.The roof and floor convergence monitoring sensors are selected,and a set of voltage processing circuits is designed to collect the output voltage of the transform magnetostriction sensor.The ZIGBEE wireless data communication module is studied,and based on this technology,the multi-point distribution and layout requirements of the displacement monitoring sensor in the goaf are realized.The system overcomeskey technologies such as data acquisition,wireless transmission,data analysis,high reliability,and high protection..The system was applied to the convergence monitoring test of the roof and floor of a mine's goaf.The test results show that the system has the characteristics of high precision and good stability,and can provide reliable technical means for goaf roof and floor convergence on-line monitoring.
