摘要
采用调酸吹脱法与中和-臭氧氧化法联合处理工艺对东北地区某黄金冶炼企业的含氰尾矿浆进行处理。调酸吹脱法处理最佳工艺参数为加酸量18 m L/L,反应温度38℃,气液比为200∶1,反应吹脱时间为2.0 h,总氰吹脱率在95%以上。中和-臭氧氧化法处理最佳工艺参数为p H值7.5~8.5,石灰乳添加量103.75~126.67 m L/L,臭氧用量4.0 g/(L·h),处理后的废水能够达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)中的一级标准。
The treatment of the tailings slurry containing cyanide from a gold smelting company in Northeast China by combined technology of acid regulation-air stripping process and neutralization-ozonation treatment is investigated.The optimal technological parameters for the acid regulation-air stripping process are sulfuric acid addition of 18 mL/L,reaction temperature of 38℃,gas-liquid ratio of 200∶1,reaction stripping time of 2.0 h,and total cyanide stripping rate are of over 95%.The optimal technological parameters for theneutralization-ozonation treatment are pH 7.5-8.5,amount of lime milk addition 103.75-126.67 mL/L,amount of ozone dosage 4.0 g/(L·h).The treated wastewater can reach Grade I of discharge standard of“Integrated wastewater discharge standard”(GB8978-1996).
