施用生物炭对杉木人工林土壤碳氮的影响 被引量:3

Effects of applying biochar on soil C and N in Chinese fir plantation

摘要 为探讨不同类型的生物炭对杉木人工林土壤碳氮的影响,选择3种发育阶段(成熟林、中龄林、幼龄林)的杉木人工林设立样地,设计施生物炭(木炭、竹炭)及不施炭3种处理,比较不同施炭处理对杉木人工林土壤微生物量碳氮及可溶性有机碳氮的影响。结果表明:由于生物炭的性质以及杉木人工林发育阶段的不同,施用生物炭4 a后,木炭处理下,成熟林、中龄林微生物量碳氮及可溶性有机碳氮含量以及幼龄林微生物量碳氮含量均低于对照组,幼龄林可溶性有机碳氮含量高于对照组;竹炭处理下,成熟林、幼龄林土壤微生物量碳氮含量以及中龄林可溶性有机碳氮含量低于对照组,中龄林土壤微生物量碳氮含量以及成熟林和幼龄林可溶性有机碳氮含量高于对照组。 In order to explore the effects of different types of biochar on soil C and N in Chinese fir plantation,microbial C and N,dissolved organic C and N in Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation with different development stages were investigated in Xinkou Experiment Forest Farm,Sanming,Fujian Province.Results were showed that:after 4 years of application of wood-biochar,the content of soil microbial C and N,dissolved organic C and N in mature and middle stand was lower than the control.The content of soil microbial biomass C and N in young forest was lower than the control and the content of dissolved organic C and N was higher than the control,after 4 years application of bamboo-biochar,the content of microbial C and N in mature and young forest were lower than those in the control,the content of microbial C and N in mature forest and young forest were higher than those in the control,and the content of dissolved organic C and N lower than the control.
