摘要
大众化的饼食是我国自古以来的重要食品之一。胡麻、胡饼自汉代始引进中原,至北魏时出现了用芝麻制作的烧饼。从胡饼的拿来到烧饼的改进,再到黄桥烧饼的影响,历史的演化、民众的喜爱,使得用面粉做饼、芝麻助香、经过烘烤的饼食花样丰富,源远流长。
Cake food is one of the most important foodstuff in China.Nang has been introdu ced to China since Han Dynasty.Sesame cake appeared in the Northern We i Dynasty.Nang,sesame cake and the modified Huangqiao sesame cake are all popu lar with people.These cakes are made of wheat flour,and smell good.They can a lso be made into different shapes.Cake food in China has a long history.
