低气味、低VOC含量麻纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的制备 被引量:3

摘要 利用麻纤维作为增强材料制备出了聚丙烯复合材料,通过筛选聚丙烯085,EA5074,F401,K9020,S700五种聚丙烯母料、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯18707,3290和KT–1三种共混增容剂,优化气味吸附剂的用量,制备出了低气味、低挥发性有机物(VOC)含量的高抗冲聚丙烯。通过对所制备聚丙烯/麻纤维复合材料的冲击性能、气味等级和VOC含量发现,当聚丙烯母料和共混增容剂为聚丙烯EA5074和马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯KT–1,麻纤维用量为30%,气味吸附剂PY88TQ为5%时,所制备聚丙烯/麻纤维复合材料的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度为11.8kJ/m^2,气味等级为2.5级,总VOC含量为52.32μg/g,且未检测到甲醛。 A polypropylene composite was prepared by using linen fiber as an enhanced material.Through screening polypropylene 085,EA5074,F401,K9020 and S700,blending compatibilizer polypropylene grafted with maleic anhydride(PP–g–MAH)18707,3290 and KT–1 as well as optimizing the amount of odor adsorbents,a type of high-impact polypropylene with low odor and low VOC(volatile organic)content was prepared.The measurement results of impact strength,odor grade and VOC contents indicate that the employed polypropylene and blending compatibilizer are EA5074 and PP–g–MAH KT–1,the content of linen fiber and odor adsorbents are 30%and 5%,the impact strength of the polypropylene/linen fiber composites is 11.8 kJ/m2,the odor grade is 2.5,the total VOC content is 52.32μg/g,and the formaldehyde is not detected.
