摘要 单电子转移活性自由基聚合(SET–LRP)具有单体适用范围广泛、反应条件温和、对氧气不敏感、反应速率快、催化剂用量少且易分离等优点,因此与其他活性自由基聚合相比具有更广阔的研究前景和应用价值。重点介绍了SET–LRP的研究现状,并与原子转移活性自由基聚合进行对比,从反应机理、反应体系(包括单体、引发剂、溶剂、催化剂及配体)和目前的应用等方面对SET–LRP进行综述。并指出探索更加高效的催化体系是SET–LRP实现工业化的基础,在生物学和医学领域的应用也会成为未来SET–LRP的研究热点之一。 Single electron transfer living radical polymerization(SET–LRP)has a wide range of monomer,reaction condition is mild,with few catalysts and easy to separate,it can be carried out under the condition of low oxygen content,the rate of reaction is fast and so on.So,it has a wider research prospect and application value than other kinds of living radical polymerization.The recent research situation of SET–LRP was mainly discussed.Comparing SET–LRP with atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP),the involved mechanism in SET–LRP and the types of monomers,solvents,catalysts,initiators as well as ligand suitable for such kinds of polymerization has been also discussed in detail.In addition,the application of this single electron transfer living radical polymerization was presented.It was pointed out that exploring a more efficient catalytic system is the foundation for industrialization of SET–LRP.Applications in biology and medicine will also become one of the hotspots of SET–LRP research in the future.
