强化研磨工艺下轴承滚道表面织构的变化规律 被引量:2

摘要 强化研磨可以使轴承滚道表面形成均匀分布的储油织构,为了研究这种织构的形成与变化规律,用扫描电镜对强化研磨后的套圈滚道表面形貌进行观察,基于MATLAB平台,通过图像处理技术对滚道表面形貌进行三维分析,再用TIME3230粗糙度仪测量其表面粗糙度。结果表明:采用经历25~125次强化研磨循环的研磨料加工套圈滚道,可以使滚道表面获得分布均匀、储油量良好的织构,加工效率较高;当强化研磨循环的次数达到200次时,研磨料切削能力几近丧失。 An oil storage texture with uniform distribution is formed on bearing raceway surface by using reinforced grinding.In order to study formation and variation rule of the texture,the surface morphology of ring raceway after reinforced grinding is observed by scanning electron microscopy.The three-dimensional analysis of surface morphology of raceway is carried out by using image processing technology based on MATLAB platform,and the surface roughness is measured by TIME3230 roughometer.The results show that processing of ring raceway with abrasive undergoing 25 to 125 times of reinforced grinding cycle obtains a texture with uniform distribution and good oil storage on raceway surface,and the processing efficiency is high;At 200 times,the cutting ability of abrasive is almost lost.
