摘要
研究了碳氮共渗预处理对GCr15轴承套圈淬火组织、表层硬度、碳氮共渗硬化层的影响。结果表明:碳氮共渗预处理后,套圈表面形成0. 31 mm左右的硬化层;回火后套圈硬化层硬度高于未碳氮共渗预处理的套圈;碳氮共渗预处理工艺能够有效地提高轴承套圈的表面硬度,改善表层的应力状态,提高次表层的残余奥氏体含量,从而相应地提高轴承寿命。
The effects of carbonitriding pretreatment on quenching microstructure,surface layer hardness and carbonitriding hardened layer of bearing rings made of GCr15 are studied.The results show that the surface of rings forms hardened layer of about 0.3 mm after carbonitriding pretreatment,and the hardness of hardened layer of rings after tempering is higher than that of rings without carbonitriding pretreatment.The surface hardness of bearing rings,stress state of surface layer,content of retained austenite in subsurface are effectively improved by carbonitriding pretreatment process,thus the life of the bearings is improved.
