新安全时代公安情报学总体范式观的思考

The Overall Paradigm Outlook of Public Security Intelligence Studies in a New Security Era

[目的/意义]范式理论对于探求学科未来发展路径具有重要意义。针对公安情报学研究的基本状况、主要矛盾,立足新安全时代,倡导集历史、实践、文化、技术、社会于一体的总体范式观,期冀助于公安情报学健康发展。[方法/过程]运用文献分析、矛盾分析等方法,厘清范式、学科范式、研究范式的基本内涵及相互关系,剖析情报学范式、公安情报学研究的主要矛盾和关键瓶颈,凝炼新安全时代公安情报学发展应遵循的研究思维和总体范式。[结果/结论]坚持历史范式、实践范式、文化范式、技术范式以及社会范式,从总体上对公安情报工作实践和公安情报学理论进行全景式研究。

[Purpose/Significance]The paradigm theory is of great significance for exploring the future development of disciplines.In view of the basic situation and major contradictions in the research of public security intelligence studies,and based on the new security era,we advocate the overall paradigm outlook integrating history,practice,culture,technology and society.We hope to contribute to the healthy development of public security intelligence studies.[Method/Process]Using the methods of literature analysis and contradiction analysis,this paper clarifies the basic connotation and interrelationship of paradigm,disciplinary paradigm and research paradigm,analyzes the major contradictions and key bottlenecks in the paradigm of intelligence studies and the research of public security intelligence studies,refines the research thinking and overall paradigm of public security intelligence studies that should be followed in the new security era.[Result/Conclusion]Adhering to the history paradigm,practice paradigm,culture paradigm,technology paradigm and society paradigm,we can carry out a panoramic research on the practice and theory of public security intelligence work and public security intelligence studies.
